Founded in 2019 by Mark Munson previously the architect of two multi-award-winning brands and currently co-owner of three more, Ethica works with a wide range of brands in designing, consulting, and producing apparel, footwear, and accessories.
With over 20 years of industry experience, our expertise is unmatched. Leveraging global resources, manufacturing capabilities, and infrastructure, we produce technical footwear, garments, and accessories for some of the world’s leading brands across multiple sectors.

Ethica manages the entire production process from start to finish, including sampling, factory management, production oversight, quality control, product testing, merchandising, and logistics.
Our services include FOB (Freight on Board) shipping or full door-to-door delivery, ensuring products arrive directly at your warehouse. Every product adheres to strict quality control guidelines, with meticulous management from sample creation to final production.
Manufacture
Our UK-based Creative Design team helps bring ideas to life, from concept development to tech packs, CADs, and even R&D for new projects. We offer valuable insights into emerging trends and assist brands in developing their product range.
Design
Over the last two decades, we have built strong relationships with strategic partners, allowing us to provide reliable and cost-efficient sourcing across various product sectors. We specialize in sportswear, apparel, technical outerwear, and footwear.
We go beyond sourcing by actively supporting brand and product development. Our comprehensive services cover the entire supply and manufacturing process, including design assistance and product innovation.
